Ypsilanti City Council's unanimous resolution, against military aid to Israel, is suddenly retracted:

"YPSILANTI, MI - In the span of two weeks, Ypsilanti leaders passed a
statement supporting Palestinians in Gaza before retracting it amid public
pushback.
"Ypsilanti City Council voted unanimously, with
Council Member Jennifer Symanns absent, to pass a resolution on Nov. 7 in
“support and solidarity” with Palestinians.
"It called for an immediate ceasefire in the
Israel-Hamas war, an end to military aid to Israel and the return of hostages
and detainees, while also stating Palestinians faced a 'campaign of ethnic
cleansing and collective punishment by the state of Israel...'
"...[City Council Member Steve Wilcoxen] moved to rescind the resolution and consider a revised statement at the council’s next meeting with more balanced language..."

The City Council then approved Wilcoxen's motion to retract the Council's own resolution.
As a result of that retraction, an Ypsilanti march was held to protest that action by City Council:
