City Councils stand against military aid to Israel

Public speakers demand a resolution against military aid to Israel. At the April 1, 2024 meeting of the Ann Arbor, Michigan City Council. Ann Arbor, Michigan City Councilmembers have been going on the attack, in response to the resolution opposing military aid to Israel. Look how many of them share the same campaign treasurer – Joan Lowenstein, a fierce opponent of that resolution. Additionally, Ann Arbor City Councilmember Jen Eyer took campaign money from old Friends of the Israel Defense Forces. Mayor Christopher Taylor publicly read a prayer for the state of Israel. At least five U.S. city councils have approved resolutions opposing military aid to Israel - The Richmond City Council resolution which  "opposes all existing and any future military aid to Israel".
